Charger

• Please observe the charger indicator first:

  1. Charger indicator light doesn't light, but can charge.

  Fault cause: Bad indicator light or charger indicator light wire broken / poor contact

  2.Charger indicator light doesn't light up and can't charge

  Fault causes: charger plug loose / disconnect, charger cable failure,charger failure

  3.Charger yellow light flashes when charging

  Fault cause: charger output harness broken

  4.The red light will be on when charging, but not charging

  Fault cause: Charging time is not enough or charger failure

  5.Charging for several hours, no change in battery voltage

  Fault cause: Charging time is not enough or charger failure

  6.Charging light is always red, will not turn green

  Fault cause: Charging time is not enough or charger failure

  7.The charger doesn't charge

  Fault cause: Charging time is not enough or charger failure

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Videos/photos of charging issues;

  3. Photo showing faulty part
