Charging for several hours, no change in battery voltage

• Fault cause:

  1.Insufficient charging time,the stacker didn't reach the reset voltage, so the battery doesn't refresh, making it seem like it's not charging.

  
  

  Solution:  Keep charging until the indicator turns green, then check the battery level.

  
  

  2、Charger failure

  Solution: When charging, check the charger's output voltage with a multimeter. It should be higher than the battery voltage. If not, the charger is faulty.

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Videos/photos of charging issues;

  3. Photo showing faulty part
