Charger indicator light is off, but can charge

• Fault Cause: Charger indicator light failure or light wire broken/poor contact

  Troubleshooting:

  1. Check if the wire between the charger and indicator for damage (crushing, fraying, or breakage). If damaged, reconnect and wrap with electrical tape.

  2. If the wire is fine, replace the charger since the indicator can't be replaced separately.

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Videos/photos of charging issues;

  3. Photo showing faulty part
