Charger indicator light is off and can't charge
Fault cause:
1. Charger's output plug is loose or disconnected (could have loosened during transport or from vibrations on uneven surfaces).
2.Damaged or poor connection in the charger input wiring.
3. Charger internal malfunction.
Troubleshooting:
Frist, ensure the power supply is working and voltage is normal.
1. Check if the charger plug is loose, if so, reinsert it.
2. If the plug is fine, inspect the charger input wire for damage. Repair or replace the wiring as needed.
3. If both of the above are fine, the charger itself is faulty and needs replacement.
Warranty Period:
One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Stacker nameplate photo;
2. Videos/photos of charging issues;
3. Photo showing faulty part
