No Function
Fault Causes:
1. Emergency Stop Switch Failure
Troubleshooting Method:
Use a multimeter to check the on - off status of the emergency stop switch.
If open (no conduction), replace the switch.
If closed (conductive), proceed to the next step of troubleshooting.
2. Battery Failure
Troubleshooting Method:
Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage:
If a single battery voltage is below 7V, it's severely discharged.
If the voltage difference between two batteries is greater than 0.7V, the battery is faulty.
3.Communication failure between the handle and the controller.
Parts involved:
3.1 The charging protection wire or the key switch wire is poorly contacted, damaged, or broken;
Repair the damaged wiring harness to resolve the issue.
3.2 Communication cable, monitor, or controller failure.
Troubleshooting Methods:
Turn on the machine, check the indicator lights on the controller:
3.2.1 If the controller's indicator light is off, power off the stacker and remove the fixing screws of the B+ and B- terminal wiring harness of the controller.
Restart the unit and use a multimeter to measure the voltage across the B+ and B- wires.
If a normal voltage between 15-26V is present, it indicates a controller malfunction.
If the voltage is abnormal, need to check emergency stop switch, battery, charging protection, key switch wiring, or connectors.
3.2.2 If the indicator light remains constantly lit, the monitor is faulty and needs to be replaced.
3.2.3 If the indicator light is flashing and flashing slow 3 times, fast 8 times, then error code 38, check the communication cable between the handle and controller for any damage. If damaged, repair or replace the cable.
- If none of the above resolves the issue, perform part replacement verification: the communication cable is the most likely cause, followed by the monitor. If both are ruled out, the controller is likely faulty.
Solution:
After identifying the faulty component through part swapping, replace the corresponding part.
Warranty Period:
One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).
