The screen can't turn on, stacker won't move at all

• Fault Causes:

  1. Emergency Stop Switch Failure

  Troubleshooting Method: 

  Use a multimeter to check the on - off status of the emergency stop switch.

  If open (no conduction), replace the switch.

  If closed (conductive), proceed to the next step of troubleshooting.

  
  

  2. Battery Failure

  Troubleshooting Method: 

  Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage:

  If a single battery voltage is below 7V, it's severely discharged.

  If the voltage difference between two batteries is greater than 0.7V, the battery is faulty.

  
  

  3. Communication Failure between the Handle and Controller

  Involved Components: Communication cable, display screen, controller

  
  

  Troubleshooting Method:

  Stacker in power-on state, check the controller indicator light:

          - If the light is steady, t is likely faulty and should be replaced.

          - If the indicator light is flashing and flashing slow 3 times, fast 8 times, then error code 38, check the communication cable between the handle and controller for any damage. If damaged, repair or replace the cable.

          - If none of the above resolves the issue, perform part replacement verification: the communication cable is the most likely cause, followed by the display. If both are ruled out, the controller is likely faulty.

  
  

  Solution:

  After identifying the faulty component through part swapping, replace the corresponding part.
