Short battery usage time

• Fault Causes:

  1.Insufficient Charging Time (Not a defect, customer misjudgment)

  Troubleshooting: Continue charging until the indicator light turns green. The battery power will reset to 100% after restarting.

  
  

  2.Charger or battery failure

  Troubleshooting: Use multimeter to measure the output voltage of the charger while charging. 

  Under normal circumstances, the output voltage should be higher than the battery's own voltage. 

  If the voltage is abnormal, it indicates a charger fault. If the voltage is normal, it indicates a battery fault.

  
  

  3.Battery Failure

  Troubleshooting:

  Use a multimeter to measure battery voltage.

  
  

  If the voltage of a single battery is lower than 7V, it is a serious discharge;

  If the voltage difference between two batteries is greater than 0.7V, it indicates a battery failure.

  Solution: Re-activate the battery or replace two new batteries.

  
  

  Warranty period: One year (Parts damaged by water intrusion or damage caused by human error is not covered by warranty terms)

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Photo of stacker nameplate;

  2. Video or photo of ​charging fault;

  3. Photos or video of measure voltage;

  4. Photo of battery appearance.
