Wheels slipping in place, not moving

• Fault Causes:

  1.Improper cargo placement caused a shift in the load center. Proper stacker handling is crucial to prevent instability.

  2.The floor is uneven, change the driving route or adjust the balance wheel.

  3.Drive wheel layer is worn out and need to be replaced.

  
  

  Troubleshooting Methods:

  1. Verify if the cargo is oversized or unevenly placed.

  2.Check if all wheels are fully grounded.

  3.Check if the drive wheel layer has worn thin.

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (Normal wear of wheels, damage caused by water ingress, impact, or other human factors are not covered. Wheel delamination is considered a quality issue is covered under warranty).
