The screen is on, but the stacker cannot move at all

  • Checking Method:

    Turn off the stacker and restart, check if any Err code "Err+number" appears on the handle display, such as Err12, etc..If yes, return to the upper menu and select "Error Code" for proceeding.

    No error code is reported, troubleshoot step by step as follows:

    A. Uneven road surface causing wheel slip

    Troubleshooting method:

    1. Check if all wheels are touching the ground;

    2. Turn the accelerator and observe if the drive wheels are rotating;

    3. Check if the cargo is evenly placed and if the cargo is over-length or over-width.

    B. Belly switch triggered by accidental touch or being stuck

    Troubleshooting method:

    1. Restart the stacker and check;

    2. Replace the belly switch.

    C. Accelerator failure.

    When the accelerator is in the neutral position, the voltage is 2.5V ~2.6V.

    When the accelerator is rotated forward, the voltage gradually increases to 4.5V. When the accelerator is rotated backward, the voltage gradually decreases to 0.5V.

    Troubleshooting method 1: Enter the stacker diagnostic interface and observe the neutral position voltage value of the accelerator on the screen and the voltage changes when rotating the accelerator forward and backward. If the voltage changes do not match the above standards, it is judged the accelerator failure and need replacement.

    Troubleshooting method 2: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the accelerator in the neutral position and the voltage changes when rotating the accelerator forward and backward. If it does not meet the standards,  it is judged the accelerator failure and need replacement.

    D. Brake failure (broken brake wire or mechanical block).

    Troubleshooting method:

    Go to the diagnostic interface. If the "brake" icon is off when you try to move, means there's no brake signal, need to check the brake wiring or replace brake.

    If the "brake" signal is present, temporarily remove the brake (note: brake line still connected to the controller) and try to move. If the stacker moves, the brake is faulty and needs replacing.

    E. If the above steps don't solve it, suspect a display or controller issue.

    Troubleshooting method:

    Swap parts to identify the faulty one and replace it.

    Warranty Period:

    One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).

    Required information for warranty claims:

    1. Stacker nameplate photo;

    2. Videos/photos of issues;

    3. Photo showing faulty part

Step 1: Turn off the stacker and restart, check if any Err code "Err+number" appears on the handle display
