The 'Turtle' icon is lit

• Fault cause:

  The turtle speed switch is triggered, so the stacker is in turtle speed  mode.

  Troubleshooting Method:

  Check if the turtle speed  icon on the monitor is lit.

   If so, press the turtle speed  switch again to exit turtle speed  mode.

  If the turtle icon remains after pressing the turtle speed button after several times, it indicates that the turtle speed  switch is stuck.

  
  

  2.If the turtle speed switch is not stuck, remove the turtle speed switch, and the turtle icon on the monitor is still lit, the monitor is faulty.

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Videos/photos of issues;

  3. Photo showing faulty part
