Speed is normal in one direction but reduced in the opposite direction
Troubleshooting Method:
1. Turn off the stacker and restart, check if any Err code "Err+number" appears on the handle display, such as Err12, etc..If yes, return to the upper menu and select "Error Code" for proceeding.
2. No error code is reported, troubleshoot step by step as follows:
Fault cause:
A: Accelerator or Monitor Fault
Troubleshooting Method:
The accelerator's neutral position voltage (should be 2.5V–2.6V).
Rotate the accelerator forward and backward:
Voltage should increase to 4.5V when moving forward.
Voltage should decrease to 0.5V when moving backward.
Method 1:
Enter the stacker's diagnostic menu.
Check the accelerator's neutral position voltage (should be 2.5V~2.6V).
Rotate the accelerator forward and backward:
Voltage should increase to 4.5V when moving forward.
Voltage should decrease to 0.5V when moving backward.
Abnormal voltage: Accelerator fault.
Normal voltage: Monitor fault.
Method 2:
Measure the accelerator's neutral voltage with a multimeter.
Record voltage changes while rotating the accelerator forward/backward.
Judgment:
Abnormal voltage: Accelerator fault.
Normal voltage: Monitor fault.
B: Controller Fault
If the above steps don't solve it, suspect a display or controller issue.
