Self-lowering
Fault Cause:
1.Internal leakage in the cylinder causes self-lowering.
2.Descent solenoid valve blockage, damage, or oil leakage causes self-lowering.
3.Internal valve block failure, preventing pressure retention.
Troubleshooting Methods:
1. Remove the oil return hose and check if there is hydraulic oil inside.
If yes, the cylinder seal kits are broken or the cylinder itself is faulty and needs to be replaced.
If no, proceed to the next step.
2.Check the appearance of the 3 solenoid valves for oil leakage.
Remove the solenoid valve core and check for impurities at the filter and whether the sealing ring is damaged.
If yes, the fault is caused by valve coreoil leakage, and the solenoid valve core needs to be replaced.
3.If none of the above issues are identified, the hydraulic station is faulty.
Warranty Period:
One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Stacker nameplate photo;
2. Videos/photos of issues;
3. Photo showing faulty part
