Fault Causes:
1. The wire of the hydraulic motor is broken or damaged.
Troubleshooting Method: Check whether the wire on the hydraulic motor is broken or damaged.
Solution: Repair the wiring harness or replace the wiring harness.
2. Hydraulic motor or controller failure.
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the motor (the normal resistance is about 0.1~1.9 Ω).
If the resistance is abnormal, it indicates a hydraulic motor failure and the hydraulic station needs to be replaced.
If the resistance is normal, it indicates a controller failure and the controller needs to be replaced.
Warranty Period: One year (not applicable for claims caused by human factors such as water ingress into the controller or collisions).
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Stacker nameplate photo;
2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);
3. Photo showing faulty component appearance
