Err43
Fault Causes:
1. Problems with the lift knob plug and wiring harness.
Troubleshooting Methods:
Visually inspect the lift knob plug for any looseness, incorrect insertion, or deformation/expansion of the pin holes.
If any of these issues are present, replace the lift knob.
Visually inspect the lift knob wiring harness for any flattening, outer sheath damage, or breaks.
If any of these issues are present, repair the wiring harness or replace the knob.
2. Lift knob failure or monitor failure.
Troubleshooting Methods: Start the stacker and use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the two black and white wiring harnesses.
Under normal circumstances, without operating the knob, the voltage is around 2.5V. When the knob is turned forward, the voltage rises from 2.5V to 4.5V. When the knob is turned backward, the voltage drops from 2.5V to 0.5V.
If the voltage does not meet the above standards, it indicates a lift knob failure and the lift knob needs to be replaced.
If the voltage meets the above standards, it indicates a monitor failure and the monitor needs to be replaced.
Solutions: Replace the lift knob or the monitor.
Warranty Period: One year (not applicable for claims caused by human factors such as water ingress into the controller or collisions).
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Stacker nameplate photo;
2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);
3. Photo showing faulty component appearance
