• Fault Causes:

  1. Improper operation. Holding down the lifting knob for too long without releasing it. 

  Restarting the stacker can solve the problem.

  
  

  2. Hydraulic motor failure.

  
  

  Troubleshooting Methods:

  1. Restart the stacker and observe whether stacker functions return to normal.

  2. If ERR42 still appears after restarting, observe the lifting speed. If the lifting speed too slow under full load (under normal circumstances, when fully loaded with 1.5T, it takes about 45 seconds for the forks to rise from the lowest position to the highest position (3.5m). If it exceeds this time, it indicates slow lifting speed), and it is judged that the hydraulic station is faulty.

  
  

  Solutions: Replace the hydraulic station.

  
  

  Warranty Period: One year (not applicable for claims caused by human factors such as water ingress into the hydraulic station or collisions).

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);

  3.  Photo showing faulty component appearance
