• Fault Cause:

  The hydraulic motor's working current exceeds the standard, triggering error code 41 when the controller detects abnormal current.

  
  

  Troubleshooting Steps:

  Use a clamp meter to measure the hydraulic motor current.

  Under a full load of 1.5 tons, the current should be within 120-130A.

  
  

  1. Current Abnormal: Hydraulic motor failure

  Solution: Replace the whole hydraulic station assy.

  
  

  2. Current Normal: Controller failure

  Solution: Replace the controller.

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress into the controller or collisions).

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);

  3.  Photo showing faulty component appearance
