Err34

• Perform the following steps to identify when ERR34 occurs:

  
  

  1. Restart the stacker, Err34 does not occur during startup, but appears only when operating the travel/lift controls.

  2. Restart the stacker, Err34 appears immediately at startup (without any operation).

  
  

  Fault Causes:

  ERR34 appears only when operating the travel/lift controls,  problems with the  stacker handle travel range or monitor failure.

  ERR34 appears immediately at startup without any operation, the cause should be Loose accelerator plug, accelerator failure, monitor failure.

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);

  3. Photo showing faulty components.
