Err32

  • Fault Causes:

    1. Low battery voltage (limited output), the stacker enters protection mode, forks can't lift, can't move

    Solution: Charge the battery.

    2. Key switch Failure

    Use multimeter to measure the resistance of the key switch.

    The normal value should be 0.0 Ω. Any measured result not equal to 0.0 Ω indicates key switch failure.

    Solution: Replace the key switch.

    3. The wiring harness plugs at the controller end may short-circuit due to water ingress.

    Unplug the connector and observe whether there are signs of water ingress such as corrosion, verdigris or crystallization on the plug.

    Solution: Replace the wiring harness.

    4. Charger fault.

    During charging, use multimeter to measure the output voltage of the charger and the battery voltage. The output voltage should be higher than the battery voltage itself. If the output voltage is low, it indicates a charger fault.

    Solution: Replace the charger.

    5. Battery fault.

    If all above 4 causes are ruled out, should be battery fault and the battery needs to be replaced.

    Warranty Period:

    One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).

    Required information for warranty claims:

    1. Stacker nameplate photo;

    2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);

    3. Photo showing faulty components.
