  • Fault cause: Drive motor open circuit, motor failure, or controller failure


    Troubleshooting Methods

    1. Open the stacker rear cover and check for damage to the wiring at the handlebar bracket. If damaged, repair the wiring.


    2. If no visible damage, measure the drive motor wiring resistance (should be 0.3-0.8Ω). Abnormal resistance suggests a motor or wiring issue—repair or replace as needed.


    3. Measure the controller end of the motor wiring (should also be 0.3-0.8Ω). Normal resistance indicates a controller fault—replace the controller.


    Warranty Period:

    One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).


    Required information for warranty claims:

    1. Stacker nameplate photo;

    2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);

    3. Photo showing faulty components.
