Fault Cause
Drive motor stall
Causes:
1. Brake failure, unable to release.
2. The gears inside the drive (transmission) are stuck.
3. Drive motor itself stalling.
Troubleshooting Methods
Temporarily disconnect the brake (Note: Keep brake cables connected to the controller). Operate the stcacker, if movement is restored, indicates brake malfunction and the brake needs to be replaced.
If ERR26 persists, then try to manually rotate the drive wheel. If wheel cannot rotate freely , it indicates that the gears inside the transmission are stuck and the gears need to be replaced.
If both above tests pass, confirmed drive motor failure and the motor needs to be replaced.
Warranty Period:
One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions).
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Stacker nameplate photo;
2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);
3. Photo showing faulty components.
