• Fault Cause

  Stacker Overloading  or controller failure.

  
  

  The operating temperature range of the controller is 0~130°C. When the temperature exceeds 85°C, the controller will report fault codes Err22 or Err23, the stacker needs to stop and rest.

  
  

  Troubleshooting Method

  Enter the stacker diagnostic interface and observe the controller temperature value on the screen. 

  If the temperature exceeds 85°C, it indicates that the controller temperature is too high, and stacker may enter self-protection due to overloading.

  Stop and rest for 15~20 minutes to ensure that both the drive motor and the controller return to normal temperature, then the stacker could work normally.

  
  

  If ERR22 is still reported after resting, the controller is faulty.

  
  

  Warranty Period:

  One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress into the controller or collisions).

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Stacker nameplate photo;

  2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);

  3. Photo showing faulty controller appearance
