1. Red Belly Switch Stuck
Inspection Method:
Remove the belly switch and check if the small mounting foot are broken or deformed.
Solution:
Temporarily remove the red belly switch for use;
Replace the red belly switch.
2. Belly Switch Button Damaged
Inspection Method 1:
Enter the diagnostic interface and observe the "BELLY" icon.
If "BELLY" lights up, indicate the switch is stuck or damaged.
If "BELLY" does not light up, indicate the monitor failure, and the monitor needs to be replaced.
Inspection Method 2:
Use a multimeter to test the switch socket for continuity:
Normal state: Open circuit (no continuity) when button is not pressed; closed circuit (continuity) when pressed.
If results differ, confirmed button damage, need to replace the entire accelerator assembly (Note: The belly switch button is integrated with the accelerator assembly).
3. If neither belly switch stuck nor button problem, confirmed monitor failure
Solution: Replace the Monitor
Warranty Period:
One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress into the handle or collisions).
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Stacker nameplate photo;
2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);
3. Photo showing faulty component appearance
