Battery shows only 1% with no change after charging
- Fault Causes: - 1.Insufficient Charging Time (Not a defect, customer misjudgment) - Troubleshooting: Continue charging until the indicator light turns green. The battery level will reset to 100% after restarting. - 2.Faulty key switch (Internal short circuit caused by water ingress) - Troubleshooting: - Use multimeter to measure the key switch resistance. - The standard value is about 0.5 Ω. - If it's high or unstable, replace the key switch. - 3.Charging Protection Plug Short Circuit (Corrosion/rust due to water ingress) - Troubleshooting: - Unplug the charging protection plug and visually inspect pins for corrosion, green rust, etc. - Solution: - Use a hairdryer to dry the affected area and clean off all corrosion marks. - 4.Main Cables Plug Short Circuit (Water-induced corrosion) - Troubleshooting: - Unplug the charging protection plug and visually inspect pins for corrosion, green rust, etc. - 5.Battery Failure - Troubleshooting: - Use multimeter to measure battery voltage - If the voltage of a single battery is lower than 7V, it is a serious discharge; - If the voltage difference between two batteries is greater than 0.7V, it indicates a battery failure. - Solution: Reactivate the battery or replace the 2 faulty batteries. - - 6. If the above causes are ruled out, controller is faulty - Solution: Replace the controller. - Warranty Period: - One year (not applicable for human - caused damages such as water ingress or collisions). - Required information for warranty claims: - 1. Stacker nameplate photo; - 2. Videos/photos of charging issues; - 3. Photo showing faulty part
