Battery Level Drains from 98% to 10 Rapidly, Stacker Stops
Battery Failure (Caused by Long-Term Inactivity or Deep Discharge)
Troubleshooting:
Use a multimeter to measure battery voltage.
If the voltage of a single battery is lower than 7V, it is a serious discharge;
If the voltage difference between two batteries is greater than 0.7V, it indicates a battery failure.
Solution: Re-activate the battery or replace two new batteries.
Warranty period: One year (Parts damaged by water intrusion or damage caused by human error is not covered by warranty terms)
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Photo of stacker nameplate;
