Fault cause:
Drive Wheel Slip
1.1 Drive wheel layer is worn out and need to be replaced
Troubleshooting Method:
Check the wheel layer.
1.2 The floor is uneven, change the driving route or adjust the balance wheel.
Troubleshooting Method:
Check if all wheels are fully grounded.
1.3 Improper cargo placement caused a shift in the load center. Proper stacker handling is crucial to prevent instability.
Troubleshooting Method:
Check whether there are any cases of over-length/over-width cargo or unevenly stacked goods.
2. Accelerator or Monitor fault
Checking Method:
The accelerator's neutral position voltage (should be 2.5V~2.6V).
Rotate the accelerator forward and backward:
Voltage should increase to 4.5V when moving forward.
Voltage should decrease to 0.5V when moving backward.
Troubleshooting method 1:
Enter the stacker's diagnostic menu.
Check the accelerator's neutral position voltage (should be 2.5V~2.6V).
Rotate the accelerator forward and backward:
Voltage should increase to 4.5V when moving forward.
Voltage should decrease to 0.5V when moving backward.
Abnormal voltage: Accelerator fault.
Normal voltage: Monitor fault.
Troubleshooting method 2:
Measure the accelerator's neutral position voltage (should be 2.5V~2.6V).
Rotate the accelerator forward and backward:
Voltage should increase to 4.5V when moving forward.
Voltage should decrease to 0.5V when moving backward.
Abnormal voltage: Accelerator fault.
Normal voltage: Monitor fault.
