Can't lift with/without load
Troubleshooting Method:
Restart the stacker then observe the monitor.
1.Check the monitor for "Err + number" codes. If present, return to the fault code interface and follow the corresponding troubleshooting steps.
If not, fault causes are as follows:
1. Turn the lift control knob and no any sound of the hydraulic motor spinning.
And observe whether the lift icon is lit on the monitor.
If yes, the controller is faulty.
If not, the monitor or Lift Control Knob is faulty.
1.1 Troubleshooting methods:
Power on the stacker and locate the lift knob harness.
Measure the voltage between the red and black wires. Normal value: 5V.
If abnormal, replace the monitor.
Measure the voltage between the black and white wires:
No knob movement: Voltage should be 2.5V~2.6V.
Knob rotated backward: Voltage increases to 4.5V.
Knob rotated forward: Voltage decreases to 0.5V.
If the voltage does not change or behaves incorrectly, replace the lift control knob assembly.
If the voltage behaves normally, replace the monitor.
2. Turn the lift control knob and listen to the sound.
2.1 If the hydraulic motor turns with a "tututu" sound, it indicates a lack of hydraulic oil.
Add hydraulic oil. Hydraulic oil type: L-HV 32.
2.2 If there is no "tututu" sound, the hydraulic station is faulty and needs to be replaced.
