First, follow these steps to observe when ERR47 occurs:
1. If ERR47 is reported during every descent, the pressure switch needs adjustment.
Adjustment method: See the video below for adjusting the pressure switch.
2. If ERR47 is reported when nothing is operated after startup or during lifting, the hydraulic station or controller is faulty.
Faulty parts: Hydraulic station or controller.
Troubleshooting Method: Measure the motor current with a clamp ammeter. Under the condition of a full load of 1.5 tons, the current should be around 160-170A.
If the current is abnormal, it indicates a hydraulic motor failure, and the hydraulic station needs to be replaced.
If the current is normal, it indicates a controller failure, and the controller needs to be replaced.
Warranty Period:
One year (not applicable for claims caused by human factors such as water ingress into the controller or collisions).
Required information for warranty claims:
1. Stacker nameplate photo;
2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen);
3. Photo showing faulty hydraulic station or controller
