Fault Cause: Hydraulic motor overcurrent
Faulty parts: Hydraulic station or controller.
Troubleshooting Method: Measure the motor current with a clamp ammeter. Under the condition of a full load of 1.5 tons, the current should be around 160 - 170 A.
If the current is abnormal, it indicates a hydraulic motor failure, and the hydraulic station needs to be replaced.
If the current is normal, it indicates a controller failure, and the controller needs to be replaced.
