• lf battery voltage is lower than 35V, check the serial number (shown as photo)

  1. For serial number starting with"TF": check if battery fuse is damaged or cut If fuse is faulty, replace it otherwise battery is damaged, replace battery

  2. For serial number not starting with"TF": battery is damaged, replace it

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Photo of truck name plate;

  2. Photo of battery serial number ;

  3. Video of truck problem: video of testing battery voltage;

  4. Photo of battery fuse (battery with serial number starting with"TF")

  5. Video of battery appearance, to prove that battery is not damaged by external force
